Description of Renovation:
Lisbeth started life as "Mayoress I" commissioned by Oldham Council to give tuppenny rides around Alexandra Park Lake, rebuilt in 1953 and relaunched as Mayoress II she was licensed to carry 49 passengers and 2 crew. She came to Stanley & Thomas in 1999 to be completely restored for her new owner. During the 2 years she was extensively rebuilt replacing all the rotten and damaged areas. A complete new superstructure was built and fitted out and she was given a new electrical system. She continues to be maintained by Stanley & Thomas Boat Builders.
